Ultrasonic cleaning machine operation and maintenance

1. Operation guide

1. Check the Sweep Ultrasonic Cleaner cleaning tank to ensure that there is an appropriate amount of water in the tank (the water level should be at least 200mm higher than the transducer box).

2. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent according to the process requirements.

3. Suspend the power adjustment knob to the minimum position.

4. Turn on the power switch or insert the power cable plug into the power socket.

5. Turn on the power switch, turn the "power adjustment" knob to the required power value, and the ultrasonic cleaner starts to work.

6. When it stops working, turn the "power adjustment" knob to the minimum position and turn off the power switch.

2. Maintenance

1. If the equipment is not used for a long time, please release the cleaning solution and clean the cleaning tank.

2. If the device is not used for a long time, please turn it on once a month according to the operation guide and work for half an hour.

3. If there is any technical failure, please notify us immediately.

3. Warning

1. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without water in the cleaning tank.

2. It is strictly forbidden to start directly with high power.

3. If the concentration of corrosive gas on site is high, please keep the ultrasonic system away from the cleaning tank as much as possible.

4. It is strictly forbidden to touch the electronic components in the generator within 30 minutes of power-on state and power-off, and high-voltage electric energy is stored in the capacitor.
